I trusted in Jesus Christ as my Savior at a summer camp in Texas when I was in junior high. I grew up Catholic. I had plenty of religion, but no personal relationship with Jesus. At the close one night, they gave an altar call. I went forward. I understood I was lost and going to hell. I knew I needed a Savior. I confessed my sins. I received Christ that night as my Savior.
My husband and I have been married eight years. We have two young boys, ages six and three. We are expecting a little girl in June. I have a Ph.D. and teach at Oral Roberts University in the Department of Health, Leisure, and Sport Sciences.
